Project scope
All projects begin with a written proposal that sets out deliverables, timelines and investment. Work outside that scope is scoped separately before it starts.
Payments
Website projects require a deposit to begin, with the balance payable at launch. Retainers for SEO, Google Ads and maintenance are billed monthly in advance.
Ownership
On final payment you own your website design, content and domain. Third-party licences and platform subscriptions remain subject to their own terms.
Results
We apply proven SEO and conversion practices, but search engines and ad platforms control rankings and auction dynamics, so specific positions or revenue cannot be guaranteed.
